Valencia Basket attacks the Palau Blaugrana (76-79)
Valencia Basket closed its tour with a
prestigious victory on the Barça court by 76-79 in a match in which the taronja
team held on to the game in all circumstances. He did it in the first half
despite his lack of shooting success thanks to Ojeleye's points and when Barça
gained a small advantage, they made a partial 0-7 in the last minute of the
first half driven by the energy of Anderson to go two down at halftime. He held
on when Barça's offensive roller gave them a lead of 14 points with a run of 0-19
to turn the score around. After Robertson's offensive prominence in that
quarter, Pradilla appeared in the last act to sustain the taronja offensive and
be key in a victory that was closed behind.
